Include Additional Field

Checking this will add an extra signup field to the signup form. This can be used to gather names or other custom data from your subscribers.

Checking this will add a second extra signup field to the signup form. This can be used to other custom data from your subscribers.

Placeholder Text for Email Field

This will set the placeholder text that shows in the email signup text field. Important: This field is reserved for collecting an email address. Make sure you don't prompt subscribers to enter any other type of information in this field. Otherwise subscribers will not get saved properly.

This will set the placeholder text that shows in the additional text field.
